If you submit a photograph or image with your order, you acknowledge that you have full rights to use the image and you agree to indemnify the Chic Party Boutique from all actions, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities associated with our possession or reproduction of the photograph or image.
2. Your order will not be printed until payment is received and you have approved the proof via email.
3. Colours shown in our listings are a general guide. Please be aware that web colours are limited and will vary from monitor to monitor. The colours in the final printed product will differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
4. All designs are copyrighted and are the property of the Chic Party Boutique and various designers. By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of the designs, text, images, logos, buttons, photos, graphics and emails by any means, mechanical or electronic.

By visiting our site and placing your order, you further agree that neither the Chic Party Boutique nor it’s owners, employees, representative or suppliers shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery, except for refund or replacement when products are defective in any amount limited to the price of the order.
6. The Chic Party Boutique respects your privacy and we WILL NOT sell or distribute to any third party any personal information that you have provided us. The information you provide is ONLY used to process your order, add to our mailing list (if you so request) and answer your questions or queries.
7. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal secure site and servers. All credit card details you submit are collected securely by Paypal and we only receive approval notification together with your order details. You can check to see if your transaction is secure by looking for a locked lock or solid gold key at the foot of your browser window.
